Question about abandoning the Wayward Monk quest.
Seems my Wayward Monk quest is highly bugged and won't allow me to finish the last part which is "find Mehnlo (sp)".
I recently read that Arenanet did a fix for this quest (which I tried to complete again today to no avail) for those that are just starting the quest. So my question is this: If you abandon any quest are you able to go back and start the quest all over again by going to the quest A NPC that originally gave you the quest? |

my party was able to leave the zone and reenter and picked it up again. We had to beg that chick to let us though because she was so pissed from us abandoning her the first time.

Butcherboy - Ironhorse east zone entrance, I found him there originally along with Cynd. Right now the quest points me to enter Ironhorse via the east (so as I can find Mehnlo) but once I enter Ironhorse the green quest arrow (on the minimap) is unavailable.

I've never had a problem finding him, even after I failed numerous times because of that other quest that makes so many mobs spawn near mehnlo.

If Cynn dies, you have to restart the quest. It happens easily, keep a dedicated monk on her tail so she doesn't die, and have at least 2 W/Mo's to heal themselves and deal damage. Get to Mhenlo quickly, with Cynn intact, and don't lose her on one of the many trees in the mines. Voila!!! End of quest.
